These youthful wines combine the latest winemaking methods with time-honoured principles to create honest wines of the land, true to the style of each individual variety.

This Hawke’s Bay Sauvignon Blanc displays fresh, herbaceous flavours with delicate layers of tropical fruit flavours.

Vintage:	2009
Colour:	Light straw with green highlights

Aromas:	Passionfruit and citrus characters with a fresh, herbaceous lift
Palate:	Fresh and flavoursome, reflecting the fruit characters experienced on the nose with well-balanced acidity and a crisp, clean finish

The wine is best enjoyed now but will develop with up to two years cellaring.
