The Corbans Winery in Napier is home to a range of modern winemaking equipment, while also consistently adhering to time-honoured winemaking techniques. The focus is on crafting Hawke’s Bay wines which are ideal with food. Our winemakers have recently developed a specialist small-tank cellar which is used exclusively for premium wines such as the Cottage Block range. The winery also has a cellar of 3,000 barrels for the fermentation and maturation of our premium wines.
